The focus on growth is a high priority at Christ-St.Peter. Christ-St.Peter's school theme helps our focus remain on improvement in our students' spiritual, emotional, and academic lives.
Christ-St.Peter is a school of students, parents, and teachers from a variety of backgrounds and experiences and serves the neighborhoods of the near south side of Milwaukee. The students and teachers work hard to grow stronger together in the following areas: faith, responsibility, perseverance, compassion, integrity, humility, and unity.
School Closing Information
The governor has officially closed all state of Wisconsin schools today for the remainder of the school year. The order states:
Public and private K-12 schools shall remain closed for pupil instruction and extracurricular activities for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year. Schools may continue to facilitate distance learning or virtual learning.
To abide by this state mandate, Christ-St.Peter Lutheran School will be closed to all in-person instruction and extracurricular activities for the remainder of the academic year. Our intention is to continue with distance learning for the remainder of our school year.
Home learning packets will be available for pick up (and return prior week's packet) from 7AM-6PM at the West Campus on the following dates:

Monday, April 27th
Monday, May 4th
Monday, May 11th
Monday, May 18th
Tuesday, May 27th
Teachers are available by phone, text, or email. The preference is to contact them between 8AM-4PM, Monday- Friday. The teachers understand if you need to communicate outside of those hours. Feel free to contact the campus principals or the school office with any questions.
Grab and go lunches for those 18 years and younger are still available Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:30-1:00. Meals provided on Monday will be for Monday and Tuesday. Meals provided on Wednesday will be Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
The faculty and staff of Christ-St.Peter miss our families very much! We know that the past month has provided many challenges for many of you. It is a blessing to know that in this world of uncertainty, our true comfort can always be found in our unchanging God. Please keep in your prayers all those who have been affected by COVID-19.
