All new and returning families need to bring proof of residence and income (if necessary) to school after finishing the online application process.
The Department of Public Instruction has posted a number of tools and resources for parents for the upcoming 2019 -2020 student application process. In addition, they have updated the Private School Choice Program website to allow you to easily find the student application information.
Beginning February 1, a link to the online parent application is available.
All the following are available.
We will offer help many evenings in February. We will send out that information again. The secretaries will call to help set up appointments if you would like help with the online application or if you do not have a computer at home.
Please call Mr. Bravo at 414-335-7388 with any questions.
